We are seeking a part-time Tech Support & onboarding specialist for Tier 1/Tier 2 for our video monetization company/software.

You will be joining the team of 1 other full time Tier 1 support person and working along side this person.

ABOUT THE ROLE -

We need someone who has previous tech support experience and enjoys doing customer support, you will work 25 hours a week for first 3-6 months they will move into full time. We want someone exclusive to us and works full time for us once this happens. We want someone long term, at least a 2 year commitment.

REQUIREMENTS -

- Must be very fluent in English, some customers need phone support.

- Must be able to do solid Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support and LEARN the platform very well.

- Must be able to do on boarding and speak to the customers to help them get setup.

- Must have good customer service skills.

- Must be able to learn the platform and help customers with issues, you will not fix any coding or bugs, you will pass this onto developers. Your job is to support customers and offer assistance.

- This is both a technical role & customer service role, you are expected to be polite, respond quickly and solve customers issues. You will also help with billing issues as well.
