I am not experienced in this area. I also don't know what to pay for the service (I have seen what some other Toogit jobs are paying). I would prefer a fixed fee and please include all government and filing fees. Please let me know what this job would cost. I would like to use an Toogit milestone, first let me know the feasability/defendability of the patent & trademark and then the filing and follow through.

Follow through until trademark has been approved. Advising on how to meet trademark/patent requirements on logo, product, instructions, packaging, etc.
