We are looking to register our company name with the USPTO.
We are looking for an experienced attorney to advise potential trademark applications by analyzing search results with TESS and TEAS and any other relevant database and handle trademark application with the USPTO. We also want them to be available if there are any followup necessary with our trademark application.
We are an Amazon FBA company with a different trademarked name (only trademarked with Amazon) that we are looking to transition from to this new name which will be registered with the USPTO.
