My project is likely easy as pie for the right dev. My back end is mostly set up as follows:
Kartra > LP > Form > TY page > Email followup sequences > Sales call
It's missing some critical pieces though as I intend to sell the system on top of ad retainers to leads.
Here's what it should ACTUALLY look like:
Kartra > LP > Form optin > Calendly scheduling > ZAP data to a Google Sheet for backup > Twilio SMS follow up > Email follow up
I'm essentially trying to remove the need for other SMS products like Burst SMS. Twilio is easy enough to design a funnel with, it's the code I'm unsure of.
I would like Twilio code to be modular enough for me to tweak for clients. SMS follow up will be mostly appointment reminders all the way up to 15 minutes before someone's scheduled session.
What do I mean by modular? Simple language changes:
For me it would be like 'Hey, our session is 15 minutes away! Please be sure to join me at: -link-'
Clients... Example sake:
'This is Salon X, we're 30 minutes out from your scheduled cut, come on in we'll get you styled up!'
'Your appointment with Dr. X begins in 1 hour, we look forward to seeing you!'
