I am looking for an expert Flex developer who really knows their platform and can create a prototype that does the following:
When a lead calls a Twilio phone number the following happens:
1. The user hears an automated message (text to speech is fine).
2. If the user presses 1, it will record this user's phone number in two groups: 'ABC leads' and 'General Leads'.
3. Allow an agent to text them back and start a conversation later for those newly added to the 'ABC Leads' group. All messages should be recorded and associate with that lead.
4. Allow me to text everyone in the 'General Leads' group with a message.
5. Allow a user to type STOP in order to be removed from either group.
Please let me know if this is possible within flex, or will also require some 3rd party CRM software, etc. Let me know your approach and what it would cost to build this. And let me know your estimate to build this. It doesn't have to be fancy at this point, I just want to prove that it can work.
We will want/need to setup many of these call workflows at any time.
