We're a company based in Israel. What we need is a US Phone number, with which we can make phone calls from Israel (through a mobile app).
Also we need to use the SAME phone number for communication with our customers via SMS.
Those SMS messages will be sometimes sent/answered manually, sometimes automatically as a MASS message.
Apart from that we also need an automated reply to specific keywords/code that we receive via SMS.
Also, if possible, this is not a must, but we need to be able to schedule our responses to customers.
In short, all this should be under the same number:
- Receiving and initiating phone calls.
- Receiving and sending manually SMS messages.
- SMS mass messaging (for marketing)
- Automated responses after receiving a certain keyword.
- Scheduled responses.
We were hoping to achieve this solution with Twilio, but if course if you have anything other in mind, feel free to suggest.
