Required software development freelancer for Ubiquiti remote rebuild with multiple vlans and USG device job

I need to do a ubiquiti setup that is a little beyond my capabilities. All Unifi product line 5 AP's, 4 switches, Security gateway Pro. I have done these before, but now I need to setup multiple VLANS, IPsec to azure, guest wireless vlan that is separated, but can connect to two printers on premise, and it would be amazing if you could do radius authentication to AzureAD, but I know that might be a little too crazy. I will be onsite and can give you remote access. Prefer to do this work after 5pm.
