Turnout Nation is on the lookout for a UI/UX designer with experience with content. We are currently planning for our second release and we are in the need for someone who has considerable experience inserting themselves into an existing project. You will be expected to ramp-up as soon as possible. Your job will be to analyze/research the application's business domain to design intuitive and effective UI that is seamless and accomplishes the goal with which it was created for.
In addition to UI/UX design, you will review all the existing application pages/views and come up with a comprehensive content upgrade (that is SEO effective) that will help guide the user towards an experience that will make them return to the product.
MUST HAVE
Excellent understanding of major UI/UX tools for design and illustration
SEO experience
The ability to review a customer problem and produce prototypes which will then be converted into wireframes/mockups
Content writing experience. You must show proven content skills to be selected
Ability to be creative and think from the perspective of an end-user
Must understand the concept of gamification, user crumbs, and general intuitive artifacts
The ability to design different versions of the same app for various screen-sizes
You must be able to produce the necessary artifacts needed for the development team to build the product, for example, Styleguides, appropriate design specifications with color schemes etc
NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of the US election system and relational organizing as a tool for getting out the vote
PRE-REQUISITES
English - This is a must. You must be able to communicate effectively.
