Required Accounting freelancer for UK Chartered accountant needed for ongoing basis for VAT return / advice for an annual conference job

We are a New Zealand based company that runs a UK conference once or twice a year. We use Xero and our record keeping is all electronic and up to date.

We would require only payment of VAT and to minimize our tax presence in the UK. As per expert advice received - we are not required to pay any UK companies tax etc as we do not have a permanent presence there (as we will pay New Zealand tax).

We are looking for UK based Chartered Accountants only.
