A survey to be run on a population of 2.700 employees of a company with gender unbalance (>60% women employees, less than 10% at the top). The purpose is to study unconscious biases, which may cause such unbalance. To do so, I am looking for a scientifically sound survey, which can help to surface unconscious biases. The study will the analyse biases with focus groups and look for possible correlations and causalities with gender unbalances. I am considering the GENDER SOCIAL NORMS INDEX (GSNI) developed by UNDP, but I am now completely satisfied. My question to you: can you help my with finding the best survey methodology? Do you have experience with surfacing unconscious biases about gender inequalities? Thanks in advance for your consideration
