Currently the Server team not responding with my customer request. I m looking for someone that has experience in security n server management with support. The migration just done during weekends, but a lot of customer are having problems in receiving emails or sending emails... And the team are not responding. Looking for someone to take over.

Preferably is a company that provide server management with supporting ticket to my customer. Is white label. 24x7 Support but as long no hacking, not much Support tickets.
