The deliverable for this project is to create a Google sheet template where you can
1. Download Google analytics remarketing audiences as rows from Google analytics API
2. Upload google analytics remarketing audiences in rows to google analytics API
3. Update existing google analytics remarketing audiences using the rose in the sheet

We have already made over half the code to create this tool.
