I need help putting together a sales prospecting list using AirBnB data. This is a prospecting list that will be used to reach out to current AirBnB hosts and offer property management services through Direct Mail, email, and social media.
I've got a list of -4000 AirBnB records in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Each one has a unique Latitude/Longitude coordinate of the property of interest, and url link to the profile of the AirBnB host and the listing. The AirBnB host profile will usually have the First name and a profile picture, but not more information that is publicly available.
I'm looking for a solution to use these key pieces of information to gather accurate key contact information for the property and hosts including the following attributes:
1) Property Address
2) Property Owner/Host
3) Property Owner/Host mailing address
4) Owner/Host email address
5) Owner/Host LinkedIn profile link
6) Owner/Host Facebook profile link
7) Owner/Host Twitter info
7) Owner/Host Cell Phone number
You should be able to use a combination of resources (i.e. Google Maps, County address/tax records, etc.) to pull this relevant information and scrape or gather the data. Even better would be to use a combination of this information and maybe some more advanced features (i.e. facial recognition on the Host profile picture cross-referenced against Facebook/LinkedIn pictures) to help gather the information.

Please describe your proposed approach, proficiency with data, and any relevant/similar prior project work you've completed. Describe how you would ensure the data/contact information returned is accurate.
