Looking for an experienced individual or a team of 2-3 individuals that can Design and Build a scalable mobile app. Phase 1 with limited functionality, to be expanded in Phase 2.

- Identify the house address in US based on GPS
- Get a satellite view of the house and lot (top view)
- Let user drop pins and number them
- Add text to the pins dropped above
- Precision to nearest ft or meter is key
