ATTN: UX/UI Designers looking for a steady long-term gig with an awesome virtual team...
Our intention is to design websites that are effective at creating trust & increasing conversions for our property management clients that run local, small businesses.
We are looking for a designer/developer that can create original, professional design mockups & once approved, build it out in Beaver Builder in Wordpress, and then that can communicate with clients and help get websites launched. We could also use some help with tier 2 support requests for WordPress.
Here are some of our past styles (we would be looking for designs from you along these lines..):
We have had a goal to release a new style every month, but we need more than that so we need more help. We also use these styles to create websites for our clients
We also could use your help then converting some of these styles into actual websites for our clients & getting them launched.
If things go well, we are looking for the long-term. We have had team members with us for many years.
We use all the best tools for communication & planning:
- Trackduck for design/dev feedback
- Basecamp & Voxer for team communication
- Process.st for process documentation/workflows
- Airtable for company planning/goals
- Intercom for client support
- Zoom for team meetings
Responsibilities
- Design new WordPress templates in BeaverBuilder
- Improve processes & process documentation
- Assist with client wordpress support issues & requests
- Communicate with customers in the most efficient manner including by phone to assist with website launches
- Participate in project calls & team meetings via Zoom
Results
- At last 1 website style/template designed & built out in WordPress each month
- Websites launched with careful Q&A
- WordPress support ticket escalations handled
Requirements
- Experience with Beaver Builder
- Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Ability to troubleshoot simple javascript embed issues
- Understanding of DNS (Cloudflare) records & setup
- A webcam for team meetings
