Required software development freelancer for vB4.2.5 to xF2.1.4 migration - Migration, URL repointing, minor page development job

Looking for a single developer to assist in a small migration from vB to xF.

We are a smaller site using vB4.25 is migrating to xF2.1.4 and eventually to current version. Add-ons will include UBS blogging as well as Media, Resource and import tools add-ons. Want to locate a developer to assist in the migration, update threads to proper URLs and to engage in minor landing page development.

I own/manage the site and am new to xF - so basically want someone to look over my shoulder and provide services where I am lacking - and to speed the time of migration to keep it to a minimum.
