Required Linux System Administration freelancer for VestaCP - Need instructions to change Domain and IP of whole system. Enabling SSL job

Hi,
I have several VPS with VESTA running and I created a 'template' server with apps like Nextcloud, Dolibarr and Mattermost. And I want to clone this 'template' and use it with another domain and therefore with another IP.

So I need:
- Detailed instruction to change domain name and IP from the whole system
- Help with enabling LetsEncrypt for all domains
- Check NGINX config of applications.
- Setting up the Mailserver and DNS perfectly for receiving and delivering to any known client i.e. gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.
