Required HTML,Machine Learning freelancer for VGG-Face (face recognition) implementation job

A project should be deployed to any free platform (google cloud, amazon aws, codeanywhere etc).
Language: python 3
Frameworks: Tensorflow/Keras

Description:
1) There is a library of 100 people images (will be provided)
2) Calculate and store (file/database) descriptors using Pre-trained model VGG-Face
Before using VGG-face predictor, need to detect and crop the face with any lib/algo.
3) Web-page with form in which users choose from 10 random images (from the same library)
4) Script looks for the 'most similar' image from the library with smallest Euclidean distance to chosen photo and shows it
