Required Electronic Design,Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) freelancer for VHDL developer needed for FPGA / CPLD project. Video experience is a bonus! job

I require someone with good VHDL development experience and preferably someone who dealt with video signals before.

The requirement is to take a video bus (which drives raster scanning of an LCD) and translate it so it will drive a standard TFT LCD which I'll specify using RGB or similar bus. The LCD would also require setup according to provided code.

Target LCD might have different resolution so interpolation (bi-cubic or other) will have to be implemented.

Device implementing should be either FPGA or CPLD with low cost of final product in mind.

Delivery of project + ready to burn files + schematic of connections that can be integrated to PCB where I'll add power supply and other components.

Soldering skills might be required to complete a simple test jig.
