Hello Team,

We have an blended inbound campaign currently with 20-25 agents, we are missing couple of calls per day when the agents are busy with outbound/dispo screen etc. We would like to look for any alternatives to the current setup and suggest one for better productivity and no missed calls. Is it possible to ring all agents when a call comes in the inbound line in vicidial? like how queue works in asterisk?
