Required Natural Language Processing freelancer for Video cutter-paster job

Hi! I would like you to develop a software able to automatically produce videos from two inputs: 1. A 'guiding' video (or even just MP3 file) and 2. A list of 'other' videos. The software should be able to find sections from other videos whose sound are similar to the guiding video's and match them one after the other.
The final result is a video made of pieces from other videos that resemble pretty closely the guiding video in terms of sounds.
