We are creating an ongoing set of videos, online panel recordings, webinars, and podcasts that we will need postproduction editing for. Most of the content will be recorded via Zoom or a similar online event and video communication tool that we'll have thought-leadership conversations regarding the tourism industry about.
There will be a streamlined process where all assets are going to be uploaded via a Google Form Submission & Google Drive with videos, logos, panelists' names, presentations, etc that will be needed for the video.
My hope is to create a framework & process for branded Intros & Outros video and music, consistent lower-thirds for their names, bug, and screen in screen presentations that can be used as a template for each of these ongoing conversations.
Since these are recorded at one-time cutting should be very easy and not take too long once there is a template. The videos will then be shared with our content moderator to review, provide any feedback and edits that need to be made within 24-hours for V2 Final version to be posted to YouTube.
Initially, there will only be 1-2 videos per week but we will have consistent videos and more to be made in the coming weeks and months.
