Virtual Administrative Assistant will perform :
- Log in to the desktop phone ( 1-800 #) -Make sure they have a good internet connection
- Take Inbound/Outbound calls
- Call current customers (Nurturing)
- Filter emails and call back all missed calls and voicemails.
- Lead Calling
Duties:
- Interact with current and potential customers via email and phone, chat.
- Conduct leads and follow-up calls including sales calls
- Provide quotes for potential Customers
- Organize and maintain contact records for leads
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote company regarding services offered
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customers.
- Create spreadsheets, documents, letters, and presentations, as needed
- Create email blasts, social media, direct mailing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Information:
- Speaks English well- preferably experienced with Americans
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Skills and attention to detail, and be on time using time tracker
- Have a skype account.
