I have an expanding business and will need to outsource some of my duties as an owner. Some of these may include: social media planning, posting, and optimization (mainly facebook, some youtube), transcribing and making blog posts out of videos, writing and posting blogs (about 2/month), creating and sending email newsletters (2/month). This may eventually expand into returning phone calls, emails, scheduling and rescheduling patients, etc.
