Looking for Virtual Assistant to work alongside a busy entrepreneur. I need a resourceful, problem solver personal assistant. The perfect personal assistant will be able to work effectively as a member of the team. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to do lists". You MUST consider yourself a problem solver. Are you someone who is creative? Do you crave responsibility and want to be part of a successful team?

Responsibilities:
* Manage email inbox
* Maintain calendar, arrange internal and external meetings; book conference rooms, conference calls and arrange video conferences between US, Europe, and Asia
* Write weekly reports
* Action Tracking and follow up
* Meeting Minutes
* Create Power Point Presentations
* Research and write documents, emails, proposals, blog posts
* Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Managing databases
* Handle small projects ranging from 1 week to 3 months.
* Schedule and coordinate international and domestic travel including: itinerary, flights, hotel
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
* Managing and routing phone calls
* Maintenance of confidential and sensitive information;must act with discretion and integrity

* Strong computer skills - familiar with all Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. programs

* Discretion and confidentiality
* Work day must overlap US East Coast workday. Preferably during core hours of 8AM-12PM.
* Must have Computer and be willing to work with AWS Virtual Workspace.
* Access and ability to use Apple iMessenger, Pages, and Keynote a plus
* Must be willing to learn and use Slack, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Sharefile, and Skype.


This position will start with less than 30 hours a week and potentially grow to full time based on effectiveness. Hiring decision will be made week of month.
