I run a lawn care business and require a professional virtual assistant to take client calls and respond to emails. You will be the face of the business, handling all customer correspondence. Full training will be provided and ongoing support is available. Fluent written and spoken English is an absolute must, as you will be writing and responding to emails and speaking with clients on the phone.

This will be a supplement/backup role to our current VA, so you will be required mostly on weekends and days where our main VA is unavailable at this point, however this role will be converted to a full time position.

Tasks will include:
- Responding to customer pricing queries on phone and email
- Taking bookings and filling out a form for bookings over the phone
- Conversing with lawn professionals about routine jobs
- Checking and confirming bookings that are made online
- Sorting out day to day client questions, e.g. ETAs, no shows, rescheduling bookings
- Following up on one time bookings with an offer to set up a recurring booking
- Other misc tasks as required
