I'm looking for a CALL CENTER VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, a dedicated professional to assist me with testing a home based call center. The person must be U.S. based. You will be paid to complete a training course for a major retail or service company. After the training you will then be paid to begin servicing that client for a minimum of 20 hours per week. This is ideal for a Virtual Assistants that would like to have a steady source of income and the potential to work for some major companies from the comfort of your home. You will need a land line, computer (PC or Mac), headset (will be provided). The project consists of the following:
1) Training (Course itself and set price for taking the course included in budget)
2) Servicing actual Client (major retailers, technology companies, etc.) (Part of budget to be paid once you begin servicing client)
3) Provide feedback on experience (part of budget)
4) Assist me creating a process for others to sign up for Training at their expense and begin servicing clients (part II of project with budget TBD)
