Corp executive now turned agency creator/consultant, wife is also an entrepreneur that needs offloading; if chemistry is good, ongoing position of 15 to 25 hours a week; video interview and checked references will be needed for an ongoing relationship beyond quick project

Activities include:
- travel planning
- scheduling appointments (medical, interviews, business development) and maintaining google calendar
- maintaining primary contact database and segmented lists per my separation of people
- interactions with bookkeeper - ensuring payments made, double checking invoices, gather/submitting receipts
- tax follow-up with accountant, setting up review calls
- setting up and mailing out agreements in docusign
- sending out prepared emails in mailchimp as necessary
- occasional transcription
- (depends) web research and producing formatted results
- (depends) categorizing all family spending into for monthly budget reconciliation on mint
- (depends) lighter social media support and comment reading
- (depends) if in SF area, occasional help with wife's events
