We need to do some custom call routing in 3cx and cannot find a way. we dont want to create multiple call queue for each did. this is for a NFP

EG
Call make to Auckland phone number
Call sent to HQ call queue
Call not answered in call timeout and sent to call flow
Call routed to Auckland office call Queue

or

Call make to Wellington phone number
Call sent to HQ call queue
Call not answered in call timeout and sent to call flow to allocate to correct office
Call routed to Wellington office call Queue
