We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, and articulate person (no accent) to help reach out to warm leads (applicants) that have applied to our job postings. We help businesses hiring on our platform to find qualified applicants by posting their open positions, and contacting the applicants and asking them to apply on our app.
The app enables the applicant to create a quick profile for free, 1-click apply to jobs in their area and hear back within 24 hours, chat instantly with employers and even schedule a video interview.
Most applicants are very appreciative of our calls. There are many that don't answer, so you will be leaving messages and sending texts through Google Voice or TextNow (free services). You will schedule appointments and make follow-up calls with candidates who don't have time when you call.
We will provide you with call lists and instruction on which list to work on each day. After training, we expect around 2-3 downloads and completed profiles per hour.
