Required Water Treatment Engineering freelancer for Water Treatment - Design a CO2 stripper and Low Head Oxygenator job

Hi,

I'm looking for someone with water-treatment hardware experience who can calculate, design and make manufacturing drawings of a CO2-stripper and Low Head Oxygenator to us, so we can make it our self mainly from laser-cut aluminium sheet metal. It must handle 100m3 of seawater per hour.
