Required Accounting,Accounts Payable Management,Bank Reconciliation,BookKeeping,Financial Accounting freelancer for We need a talented Accountant for our practice job

Our weight-management startup is growing, and just as we keep our clients in good health, we need an accountant/bookkeeper to keep us in good financial health.

One-time projects include:
1. Quickbooks Cleanup
2. Interface with our accountant in India to process taxes (you don't need to know Indian tax law; you would just need to connect with them to get the numbers needed for US tax filings)
3. Transition us from intuit payroll to T-sheets (within quickbooks)

Ongoing, we need the following done:
1. General book-keeping
2. Generating reports: Monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, etc.), pro forma
3. Budgeting (including project-based budgeting)
4. Accounts Receivable/Payable
5. Process weekly payroll in a timely manner


MUST have experience with (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING DON'T APPLY TO YOU):

1. Experienced with quickbooks (certified preferred)
2. MUST be experienced with Square sync and all of its idiosyncrasies.
3. Experienced with processing payroll through either t-sheets or intuit payroll
4. Understand confidentiality, since we are in the healthcare industry, and be willing to sing an NDA.
