Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Web Based Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Program job

I currently use excel to underwrite income producing properties. I'd like to move away from using excel and develop something simple that is web based that reduces the risk of error in calculations (what I currently deal with in using excel.) I have been planning this project for a number of years and have an extremely detailed plan on how I would like things to be laid out, how they should work and functionality that I'd like implemented now and in the future. There is the real potential to further service this software as I'll be using it to leverage my time to generate more business. The more business that is generated, the more the software is used and the more it can be expanded to cover other types of income producing property. The main items I'd like for the project are to have it be 1) web based and accessible via a portal through my firm's domain, 2) the ability to share the results via secure access into the portal by a 3rd party 3) to be able to manipulate parameters for the program as a whole and on a property level, and 4) the ability to download the entire underwriting in its entirety in a perfectly printable excel workbook. I am interested in hearing from contractors who have worked on similar projects. Thank you.
