Required Adobe Illustrator,Adobe InDesign,Graphic Design freelancer for Web Based Flyer job

My company specializes in Escorted Flying Journeys, and the concept is we create trips in which our clients bring their own private jets and fly together as a group to destinations around the world.

We use Adobe Spark to design web based flyers that can easily be made and sent out to clients with a link. We would like to have the same layout but on a platform that allows more freedom to edit.

For example, spark only allows the designer to use two size for images and they can only be placed in certain places. The same goes for fonts and text sizes.

We are looking for someone who can create a document but gives us the freedom to edit it for future use.
