The title says it all. We're looking for a sales expert to find, qualify and close at least 3 web design clients a month.
Hi, we're Raging Rocket Web Design, LLC. We are a 3 year old company looking for a boost in our monthly sales. Our team is small, and we take a personal interest in the success of each and everyone of our clients.
We have developed a web design package that speaks to the needs of our clients by providing every essential their business needs to thrive online. We take it a step further by providing their hosting, updates, technical services, maintenance - the whole nine yards!
What we need is someone who can hunt down and find those perfect opportunities and close sales for our web design package.
Why only 3 a month? Well, sure we all want to temper our expectations, but we figure if you can close 3 in a month you're worth your salt, at which point we want to make sure you earn as much salt as you are worth!
Our product is a low cost web design package that wraps most basic business needs up with a single payment + low cost monthly service package. 85% of the time we can sell the package outright so long as the client fits the bill. Occasionally there's a larger project and we can custom quote for it - But that wouldn't be your job. You would simply refer those clients to us and should we close you would earn a commission on that!
What's a Deliverable?
Any client who is qualified for the package and says 'Yes!'. You would forward us the client's information and any notes and from there on our project managers will take over. Your job would be finished!
We're looking for someone who can take charge, find a lead, contact them and close a sale. We do have a few local leads we'll be happy to share with you, but like almost all fresh leads they're a bit chilly. The perfect candidate wouldn't let that phase them and they should be able to thrive in that environment.
3 a month huh? Well, let's examine that. Efficiency is the name of the game. We're looking for someone who can net a positive ROI. After all that's the name of the game. If I'm being brutally honest, we love the commission structure - but no one else seems to. We figure you're always able to earn more if you're amazing - which is who we're looking for. Mr/Ms/Mrs Amazing! Ultimately we're looking for someone who can easily and quickly find leads and close 3-9 clients in a month's time in their spare time.
Finally, we're a genuine company, with genuine people, who all like to be genuine. Only smiles no daggers here and we're looking to work with a rock-star sales expert who relates to and values that.
