Required Web Design,Website Development,Wordpress Theme freelancer for Web Designer Needed for WP site job

We are looking for a reasonable hourly estimate on what it would take to complete the following tasks

1. review site structure to ensure site is optimized


2. creation of an Elementor template for insurance products and quote pages- the current product pages features text that often gets cut off in the middle of a paragraph- this needs to be improved. Suggestions would be helpful, but please don't send a list of 100 sites for us to look though-;)
