Required Chart.js freelancer for Web Developer for Angular application development job

Looking for a frontend Angular developer with strong JS and CSS skills for a web app project. Current project relies heavily on the ag-grid library. Much of the front-end work is leveraging the ag-grid API to customize the functionality of the grid/spreadsheet. Beyond familiarity with ag-grid, the applicant should have experience with Angular 2+ (we are currently on 7). It is not certain that upcoming Angular projects will rely on ag-grid, but in the current project, it is the main component.

Requirements
-Strong JS fundamentals and understanding of ECMAScript 2015 features
-Strong understanding of all major parts of Angular 7 including:
--Modules
--Components
--Services
--Forms
--Observables
--HttpClient
--Router
-Strong CSS skills including Sass preprocessor familiarity
