Real Estate Listing Dashboard
Summary: Within our current WordPress website, design and create a web page to display a customer's real estate listings (summary) using a grid, content tiles, or list and allow the customer to perform an action (edit listing, change price, etc.) for each listing. I will share some images with shortlisted candidates! Use these as a basis point, please - I would like you to be creative with your design. Please ask questions! I am always happy to help guide you.
Real Estate Listing Dashboard will display a customer's listings in a list/grid. There will be page level information, i.e., customer data points, summary items (Dashboard KPI fashion), etc., and a list of all listings returned from the server for that customer. Each listing will display the data points below. If there are too many points to fit on a line, designs can be considered to show multiple lines per listing, expand/collapse details, etc. Each listing will have action items listed. Screen must be responsive design. Any design will be considered, content can be displayed however you feel best, grid view, list view, tiles, etc.
Data origin: The data will come from an API call to our server. The API code will be written by my team and the data will be returned in JSON format. However, the retrieval of data for the design and creation of this page (the Listing Dashboard) is not required for this project, instead simply use sample data. The sample data points will be replaced using PHP from the WordPress site.
The page will be written using HTML and CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. Any additional technologies are welcome, but please discuss first. It will displayed on a WordPress site. I am open to all ideas!

- Change the status, new price or commission, description, etc.
- Upload New Photos
- Add or change the photos you currently have on your listing
- Purchase Upgrades
- Get a lockbox, yard sign, services, etc.
- Open House
- Announce your next open house on the MLS, and many websites
