Required Web Design freelancer for Web Page redesign/Nightly report/Brochure job

We have a commercial Cleaning Company that employees approx 95 people in the field and 4 people in the office. Our web page is about 7 years old and we are unable to locate the original designer of it. We want to update and use some new technology to make it more appealing, redo out brochure (sleeker and more in tune with today), design a scan system so our night staff can scan a code and answer basic questions that are then sent to office and client contact (approx 15-20 clients) via their phones and find a way to get us more leads via google for those looking for our services.
