PPU User Database Structure & Dashboard
Data we have tracked from hardware and inputted/updated in AWS database:
- AX ID & Serial Number at the Device Level
- Account Name
- Treatment Type
- Treatment Date & Time
Needs:
- User authentication/login
- Administrator hierarchy:
- Companion Management:
May both read and write information including pricing and account data.
- Companion Sales Team Roles:
Has read-only access to all data.
- Group Administrator:
May access data of the "clinic group" as a whole, and at a practice-level to see the individual performance of each clinic as well as the performance of the "group" as a whole. Read-only access to everything except the "Fee Schedule" section which allows them to enter data about their charges to establish target profit goals.
- Practice Administrator:
Has access to performance data of their individual practice, they may be granted "group access" to see the entire group. When they have group access the dashboard will by default still go to their individual practice performance metrics upon logging in. They also only have read-only access to all data except the "Fee Schedule" section
- Dashboards displaying appropriate data for each level of heirarchy
- "Fee Schedule" Editable Section:
Allows Group Admin and Practice Admin to input the amount charged per treatment type. This would allow the dashboard to report on their "profits" vs strictly their "charges". It would also allow "profit" to be added as a dimension to invoices to support practices in understanding the profitability of their program and when it's the right time to buy out the laser based on their usage.
- Basic idea outlined below:
(# of Acute Treatment Performed * Fee Charged to Client )
- (# of Acute Treatments Performed * Fee paid to CAH) = Profit Earned
(# of Chronic Treatment Performed * Fee Charged to Client )
- (# of Chronic Treatments Performed * Fee paid to CAH) = Profit Earned
(# of Post-Surgical/Dental Treatment Performed * Fee Charged to Client )
- (# of Post-Surgical/Dental Treatments Performed * Fee paid to CAH) = Profit Earned
(# Operation Minutes Performed * Fee Per Minute Charged to Client )
- (# of Chronic Treatments Performed * Fee Per Minute paid to CAH) = Profit Earned
- Invoicing:
- Allow the user to see in their dashboard both profits & fees in the same report
- Allow the user to custom select a time period so they may see a single month or multiple months of data
- Allow the user to see charges by treatment type
We need to show them this type of information but visualize it more cleanly like in the current invoice
- Payment processor for users to pay via the dashboard based on above dashboard
We will send a more detailed description of this project if interested.
