Hello. I'm looking for someone to help build a list of United States State, County, and City Chief Information Officers (CIOs). The ideal person would be good at web research, compiling information into a spreadsheet, and making phone calls to fill in gaps.
More specifics - build a spreadsheet that contains the following:
1. Current names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers for the following in the United States: (a) State Chief Information Officers (CIOs); (b) CIOs for the 200 counties with the largest population; (c) CIOs for the 50 cities with the largest population.
2. Location where the information came from (e.g., the web page that contained the information)
3. Related LinkedIn and Facebook social media pages for each person on the list.
4. Bonus: Capture Deputy CIOs where that information is also available.
After completing the steps above, you would:
* make phone calls to try and address the top 100 gaps in information.
* use LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sources you deem appropriate to validate the information is current in cases where the source of the information may be out of date.
I've already located some of this information on the web (e.g., 50 US State CIO names) and it needs to be parsed and put into distinct fields in a spreadsheet. My guess is much of the remaining information can be located on the web also.
To complete 1 (b) and 1 (c) above, you'll need to:
* Identify the top 200 counties in the United States in terms of population
* Identify the top 50 cities in the United States in terms of population
The ideal, complete list would have 300 United States CIO entries: 50 states; top 200 counties; and top 50 cities.
