RegEx that I have is pulling an incorrect email address while scraping. I need the correct one.

I will share some example of what I'm trying to accomplish. The RegEx is also there.

I need:
1. Put together correct RegEx
2. (Potential) Build a basic scraper that does the some function as WebHarvy in the video above. Will need pricing for that separately.
