We're in need of a detail-oriented designer to build upon an existing style guide for two SaaS products that are currently in market but in need of some UI enhancements and mobile UX guidance.
The website provides data about locations. The new features are for an advanced filtering system so users can narrow in on the locations that best meet their criteria. Components include radio buttons, sliders, and an interactive map. Audience includes real estate professionals (agents, lenders, investors, etc.) and home buyers.
This is not a full-site redesign, but adding enhancements in order to build upon the new features to the site and help us resolve some less-than-desirable mobile issues.
The designer should be able to look to our live website and guide us to the font types, sizing, color palettes, etc. that adhere to material.io best practices. Importantly, s/he should also be able to specify container sizing, icon and logo sizes, color choices, hover & click behaviors, margins, padding, etc., to the finest detail as our in-house engineering team is not well-versed in front-end or mobile design. Essentially, we'll need a brief style guide associated with each design deliverable.
This is a short-term project available immediately and expected to wrap up towards end of April, with the possibility to extend the design contract for future projects.
