I need a web flow website created to stylistically layout

It should be 4-5 pages

I just need the pages setup - I will provide all the copy and images needed.

I'm potentially looking for someone to do this on a consistent basis. I have numerous of these projects on a monthly basis and the designer I previously used took a full-time job at an agency.
