We need a new and affordable Wordpress or similar platform website to replace our current website with the revised navigation shown below. It will function as our online catalog for customers to browse and request price quotations for what they need to purchase. It WILL NOT process any orders or function as an online store for generating orders. We want the quote request process to act like a shopping cart so customers can add items and quantities and we can get a request for each customer with our part numbers to send them a price quote from our quote system. The site DOES NOT need to connect to our quote system.
We are familiar with Wordpress using WooCommerce and the Wisdm Labs Product Enquiry Pro quote request plug in for customers to build a quote request online, however we are open to other solutions that provide the same functionality.
This new site can be created from scratch, including the host platform, however it must be hosted in the US on a major platform like AWS Lightsail. The site needs to have a SSL certificate.

Contact page email form will use the Apptivo API to create a lead in our Apptivo CRM. We will handle the form development to include on the contact page, but you will need to generate the form received confirmation page to display.
You will need to create a new look and feel design for the site.
We have all of the current content for each product in an Excel file that includes the HTML for the copy and the image names for the various product images. All of the product images are in a single folder with unique file names.
File above has the current page URL and we want to use the same URL for each page to keep our search engine listings working and live.
You will need to populate all of the content into the new site from the current site.
We prefer to have 3 phases for the project. We will want to start quickly, so make sure you have the staff and availability to begin immediately and be completed NLT the end of next month..
Phase 1 - Site live with static content for the basic navigation pages below from our current site. Timeline is the first week of the project
Phase 2 - Populated content for the 24 brands and their products below to be displayed on the home page - Timeline is the second week of the project
Phase 3 - Populated content for all of the other brands and products shown on our current site (or as revised when the project starts) - Timeline is the fourth or fifth week of the project, if not sooner
All Pages have the same HEADER and FOOTER. We do not want any sidebars.
Design must be responsive to work and display well on all size screens and devices. Mobile must have a limited header so page content is readily shown and available to the user
We must be able to easily add, edit and/or delete pages and page content
