Since I'm limited with budget guess I feel like I should look for small teams who can help me with defining architecture, functionality and design prototype first. And then in developing it.
And first off all show me the way of doing it the best way.
Anything unique about the project, team, or your company:
Not much. Maybe things like coding languages. For instance I see lots of articles about new languages like Go with microservices architecture, Flutter for mobile app dev.
And maybe since I speak Russian, Russian speaking dev teams can be more efficient in transmitting my mind. But English is completely OK for me.
