Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

I have a VM (Virtuozzo) that keeps Restarting Loop.
We have only the chance to recover it using recovery console. We do not have recovery image.
Already tried different startup options withot success.
Command prompt is fully functional.
No access to hypervisor.
I need a windows expert to try to recover this VM
