I'm looking to start a new project. I'm looking to create a Windows Remote Desktop like software - A clone of Teamviewer, Anydesk, RemotePC or Splashtop.
Using opensource is great. This application is for internal use only, and not to be released or sold. I'm looking for a developer that can build the main features on a project basis, then switch to hourly to add additional functions later.
We are really building 4 Applications. One a Host, second a Viewer, three a Supervisor, four a Server.
Host:
Stream Screen to Viewer
Screenshot activity every X Seconds and upload to server
Chat Client to Supervisor
Resize screen to match Viewers requirements (RemotePC)
Computer sounds
Remote Restart
Viewer:
Display single stream of a desktop
Chat Client to Supervisor
Resize screen to match Viewers requirements

Supervisor:
Allow Multiple instances active on same computer
Display in fullscreen and 2 by 2 grid format.
Forward and back time controls to move all streams (read from server)
Chat Client to each Viewer - Chat messages should align with the forward and back time controls

User management - Mysql Based
Session logging
I'm looking for a bid for the complete project, it can be broken down into weekly milestones. Focus on minumum viable product.
Programming is in C# (Core or 4.8), C++, (or any other language you can convince me of) for applications, Only windows support is needed. Mysql for small data storage, Local hard drives on the server for the desktop session recordings.
