Required Artificial Intelligence,Cluster Computing,Computer Vision,Machine Learning,Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) freelancer for Wine label image recognition rest API job

We are building a app that will be able to recognize wine labels that the user takes a picture of. We have a dataset with about 25k products. Almowt all products have one image and have a lot of data about the wine (like producer, year, and other detailed information).
I will share some examples with shortlisted candidates.
We would like to be built like a Rest API so we can call it in the app and feed it with either a image URL or a image file and then do the recognition.

In the first run we want to be able to just recognize the wine, but later we would also like to make it recognize the vintage year (we also have data points on this)

We use Algoliq for search, it might help with searching through the data we have.
