Looking for a freelance WordPress developer who can create a WebPage Load Time testing tool.

There will be 3 API calls, one for reverse DNS lookup for which you can use any API available on the internet. The other two API calls will be for server response time and total page load time You will be required to use the WebPageTest.org API Key (Private Instance on own Amazon EC2 server) to achieve the same. You will also be responsible for setting up 3-4 EC2 Servers for the same. You can find the documentation of WebPageTest.org API below.
